FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking blood from patient at the first, seventh, fourteenth and twenty first day from the beginning of acute myocardial infarction. GP IIb/IIIa group integrine receptors expression is determined in dynamic mode of indoor observation in hospital (at the first, seventh, fourteenth and twenty first day from the disease start). The values are compared to the values measured on healthy people (0.151- 0.2 conditional units). Integrine receptors expression being changed in the direction of growing relative to the first day of disease and dropping to the twenty first day of disease to 0.151-0.2 conditional units (becoming close to healthy people values), favorable development of acute myocardial infarction is predicted. No changes relative to the first day being observed, change for worse in disease development course and recidivation potentiality are predicted. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of method. 2 cl, 3 tbl
