SUBSTANCE: linear or cyclic peptide of the general formula: D-Ala-Ser-Thr-Thr-Thr-Asn-Tyr-Thr-NH₂ or its derivative or its salt is used for production of drug designated for treatment and prophylaxis of patients with intestine inflammatory diseases. Method involves administration to patient an effective amount of peptide - from 0.05 to 1000 mg peptide per a day. Peptide is administrated as a pharmaceutical composition in combination with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Pharmaceutically acceptable carriers are taken from carriers that make a composition to be suitable for intranasal administration, for oral, buccal, parenteral, local or rectal route of administration or by inhalation.
