FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. There are presented a method for regulation of Toll-like receptor (TLR) signalling, a method for regulation of TLR2 or TLR4 agonist inducible immunomodulator production and/or secretion, as well as a method of treating diseases sensitive to regulation of TLR2 or TLR4 signalling in an animal that involves a stage of the chaperonin 10 (Cpn10) introduction in animal's cells, tissues or organs. What is also offered is a molecular complex designed for Cpn10 agonist or antagonist detection containing TLR, TLR agonist and Cpn10, as well as a method for screening of Cpn10 antagonist with using said complex is provided.
EFFECT: invention enables preventive or therapeutic treatment of the cardiac diseases, disorders or conditions sensitive to regulation of TLR2 or TLR4 signalling.
