FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly cold plastic working of materials for creating stable structure-information field. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes punch, die, pusher and planetary fluctuation module mounted on pusher with three freedom degrees. Module is buildup one, it has two portions mutually joined along horizontal plane passing through its gravity center. Joined surfaces are provided with recesses restricting cavity partially filled with magnetic liquid. Hollow gravitation resonator in the form of fluid-tight elastic envelope filled with liquid having ferromagnetic properties is arranged in said cavity. There are annular groove on working surface of punch and reciprocal dent on die surface. Surfaces of dent and groove have generatrices in the form of curve "Pascal's Scroll" with different curvature radius values and they are arranged with annular gap in plane passing through die surface with annular dent. Surfaces of upper base of module having shape of truncated cone, annular portion of lower base and recess of portion of module turned towards punch have generatrix in the form of curve "Pascal's Scroll". Surfaces of recess of module portion turned to die is in the form of above mentioned curve and epicycloid. Pusher surface contacting with module has flat supporting site and annular spherical portion. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of apparatus. 7 dwg
