FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of precision parts with normalized level of operational characteristics. SUBSTANCE: metallic blank is placed on support in die with possibility of spontaneous rocking-oscillation motion. Annular gap is provided between support and lower die. By means of rolling out tool blank is alternatively subjected to efforts of upsetting and rolling out. At upsetting process cone recess is formed on blank end turned to rolling out tool and spherical cavity is formed on its opposite end. When upsetting effort is released at keeping static contact of rolling out tool and support with ends of blank, upsetting effort is applied to blank at providing redistribution of components of phases of blank metal. At rolling out process blank material is subjected to direct extrusion into annular gap between support and die and simultaneously extruded material is acted by pulsating effort in direction normal relative to extrusion direction. At rolling out process support effort is periodically released from supported end of blank. EFFECT: provision of structure-information field storing for long time period information introduced into blank material at deforming. 2 dwg
