FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: qualitative treatment of surfaces of articles is obtained due to complex rotary oscillatory motion of operating member. This motion is realized as a result of pressure variation in high-pressure hoses by disturbance of working fluid with aid of hydraulic drive of oscillation exciter. Pressure variation is transmitted by means of internal sinusoidal surface of movable body and rollers with pushers to hydraulic oscillation excite coupled to drive shaft through flange positioned between bearings and stops moving freely. Flange is connected rigidly to disc-type operating member of smoothing machine. EFFECT: higher quality of part surface treatment. 2 cl, 3 dwg
