FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: operating member performs rotary and shock motions in vertical plane simultaneously due to load striking on smoothing-out disc through step bearing with limiter. Load is driven by actuating mechanism with rod and two chambers which operates due to alternate supply of air to each chamber. Auxiliary shaft coupled to pulley through flexible transmission imparts rotary motion to smoothing-out disc. Auxiliary shaft is mounted between upper and middle plates by means of ball bearings. Plates are secured rigidly to cylindrical body of vibrator. Lower plate with eight holes is secured to lower plane of pulley. Spring-loaded studs screwed into smoothing-out disc enter the holes. Studs may move in holes in vertical plane by spring contraction value thereby transmitting torque to smoothing-out disc. EFFECT: higher quality of surface treatment. 1 dwg
