FIELD: production of plastic, ceramic and silicate masses and fire-proof and durable cermets. SUBSTANCE: method includes successive separation of mass into textured flows by ensuring laminar shifting flow of mass in separating channels. Prior to every subsequent separation of mass into flows, summation of flows obtained earlier is performed up to number exceeding that of separating channels of subsequent separation. Flows newly formed at every subsequent separation of mass are built up from flows obtained earlier, drawn out into fibers by force and having axial orientation of particles. First assembly of mass separation into flows in device is made as hollow cone or cylinder with separating channels in walls positioned concentrically or worm feeder and having channel for discharging of coarse fractions. EFFECT: formation of plastic textured mass with improved qualitative and strength characteristics. 2 cl, 2 dwg
