FIELD: mineral fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: silicon component of fertilizer represents biogeochemically active substances with 10 to 45% silicon in noncrystalline form and particle size not larger than 1 mm. Weight ratio of phosphorus to silicon component is 1:1 or more. Silicon component, in particular, may be solid, environmentally safe industrial wastes originated from metallurgical (including nonferrous metallurgy), chemical, pharmaceutical, food, power, woodworking industries and from agriculture, for example, in the form of ashes, slags, dust, and so on. Also utilized can be solid chemically pure silicon compounds with the same silicon content and particle size, for example, amorphous fine silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, or magnesium silicate.
