FIELD: fire and burglar alarm systems, fluid (including oil) leakage warning systems. SUBSTANCE: contact conductor is, essentially, cable assembled of two current-conducting coiled wires separated by insulation to form helical clearances. Wires may be of oval section to ensure compact design of cable. Hydraulic- pulsation extrusion is used for manufacturing both conductors and insulating members in the form of flexible tube and cords. Extrusion is effected by using high-frequency recuperating hydraulic pulsator and high-pressure booster whose plunger is sealed with stiff packing fitted at its butt end. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities and simplified design. 4 cl, 7 dwg
