FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating fat additives to temperature of 30-100 C; homogenizing to obtain particles of 1-25 micron size; dosing. Apparatus has heater, mixer-homogenizer and filter, which are positioned within vessel. Dosing pump and pipeline with nozzles are disposed outside vessel. Vessel has closure-filter mounted so as to be lifted and lowered over vessel inner surface.
