GRATING STRUCTURE FOR THE REACTOR WITH THE FLUIDIZED LAYER AND THE METHOD OF REMOVAL OF THE LARGE MATERIAL FROM THE REACTOR WITH THE FLUIDIZED LAYER Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B01J8/44 F23C10/20

Abstract RU 2288031 C2

FIELD: petrochemical industry; other industries; grating structures for the reactors with the fluidized layer and the methods for removal of the large material from the reactor with the fluidized layer.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the grating structure for the reactor with the fluidized layer and to the method for removal of the large material from the reactor with the fluidized layer. The fluidized layer composed of the solid particles is maintained in the reaction chamber of the reactor with the fluidized layer by means of injection of the sprays 76 of the fluidizing gas from the air box in the lower part of the reactor into the reaction chamber through the grating structure, which contains the numerous lines 82 of the injectors having the continuous structures ensuring the smooth surfaces for propagation of the fluidizing gas from the air box into the reaction chamber, for slurring a fluidized bed in a reaction chamber. Between the lines of the injectors 82 there are the continuous grooves 78. The lines of the injectors contain the numerous outlet openings 72 for the gas in their lateral surfaces 74 of the lines of the injectors 82 for guiding the sprays 76 of the fluidizing gas to the adjacent groove. The main direction of the fluidized gas stream 84 of the numerous outlet openings 72 for the gas forms an angle with the normal line of the adjacent groove and guides the solid material in the groove 78 to the discharge channel. The grating structure for the reactor with the fluidized layer is wear-resistant, the material jamming near to the injectors is minimal.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the grating structure for the reactor with the fluidized layer is wear-resistant, the material jamming near to the injectors is minimal.
