FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes power action onto object in direction opposite to direction of movement. This action is provided by combustion products of explosive in chamber with output to plate secured on object. Plate is made fast vertically and perpendicular to direction of movement of object. Chamber is installed movably to compensate for recoil, for instance, on rotary lever, and is held in position of power action by spring. EFFECT: elimination of influence of weather and condition of contact surfaces in process of braking, reduced wear.
