FIELD: heating home and industrial premises, dachas, garages, greenhouses, drying timber materials, paint covers, construction. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, fan and heating member, which are mounted in housing in adjacency to input and output pipes respectively. Heating member is designed as at least one assembly which consists of separate pieces of spirals, which ends are connected to both sides of ceramic plates and are electrically connected to one another by parallel-serial or mixed connection by means of current-conducting jumpers. Filament is passed through all spirals. Strut is mounted in center of heating assembly between spirals. Cross section of assembly of heating member is rhomb-shaped. Resting member is designed as two [-shaped struts, which loose ends carry ceramic plates. In addition device has control tools, which comprise power supply, which is connected to fan and heating member, and comparator, which information inputs are connected to temperature setter and temperature detection unit, voltage converter and controlled switch, which are connected to power supply. Controlled switch is designed using triac which output is connected to fan and heating member. Noise-suppression unit, and regulator of output power are connected to voltage converter. Control input of output power regulator has control unit and control pulse generator, which is connected to triac through amplifier. Input of comparator is connected to voltage converter, its output is connected through noise-suppression unit to output power regulator, which is connected to input of triac through serial circuit of control pulse generator and amplifier.
