FIELD: metallurgy of nonferrous metals, more specifically, production of alloys based on ultrapure aluminum. SUBSTANCE: method includes step heating of ingot, holding in vacuum for alloy formation at temperature of 620-1100 C and pressure of 1,0•10-4-1,0•10-6 mm Hg for 3-54 h with subsequent cooling of melt. Heating and cooling are carried out by 3=9 sections under automatic conditions with heating rate of 1.0-5.0 C/min and cooling rate of 0.1-3.0 C/min with provision of regulated variable in time temperature gradient of crystallization over ingot length for conduction of process of oriented crystallization. Method allows production of ultrapure alloys with limited content of impurities, particularly, when concentration of alloying component is within the range of solubility of component in base to prevent formation of shrink holes and voids along ingot length. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
