FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises heat processing of billet of aluminium alloy to solid solution without further ageing and hot isostatic forming in gas at heating temperature 30-100°C lower than that of allot heating for tempering, 90-160 MPa and curing for 1-3 hours.

EFFECT: better mechanical properties owing to elimination of pipes and thermal reflow of inclusions of complex-composition fusible eutectics.
