FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal-combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: device has exhaust pipeline running from engine and connected to reactor as well as additional ozonized-air pipeline introduced in reactor. Built into ozonized-air pipeline is chamber joined at inlet with air charger (electric fan or microcompressor) and at outlet, with mentioned additional pipeline. Mercury-discharge quartz lamp (ozonizer) is coaxially mounted inside chamber. The latter is cylindrical in shape and has ultraviolet light reflecting walls. EFFECT: improved efficiency of oxygen-to-ozone conversion, enlarged functional capabilities. 4 cl, 1 dwg
