FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, direct and remote measuring and accounting of electric power, effective voltage, current and other values. SUBSTANCE: device has detectors of current values of parameters and usage of electric power, multiple-channel detection commutators, analog-to-digital converters, multiplexers, binary flash-memory reverse counters-registers. Goal of invention is achieved by distributed computation using read-only memory units with required set of information processing algorithms and commutators of these units, flash memory units with timer. Goal of invention is achieved also by accumulation and storage of required array of received data in memory, controlling this data array for their transmission through telemetry information channels and displaying them on electronic indicator. EFFECT: significantly decreased number of meters in power distribution, simplified design and decreased cost of telemetry system for checking, monitoring and controlling electric power supply usage and its quality, usage of multiple rates for power supply. 2 dwg
