FIELD: equipment of rail transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: system has inlet line incorporating blower with variable-speed rotor and primary heat exchanger as well as air conditioning line that continues the former line and incorporates main heat exchanger whose blowdown space communicates with atmosphere at inlet and outlet. System is also provided with convective and condensing heat exchangers with water separator placed in tandem with them and connected through fluid line and atomizer to inlet of blowdown space of main heat exchanger. Mentioned heat exchangers and water separator are inserted in air conditioning line between main heat exchanger and turbocompressor turbine; adjustable throttling device is installed upstream of the latter at convective heat exchanger outlet. Bypass line is inserted between compressor inlet and turbine outlet of turbocompressor and incorporates one more adjustable throttling device. Turbine outlet communicates with car through working space of condensing heat exchanger. EFFECT: improved comfort and economic efficiency, enlarged control range for air characteristics. 1 dwg
