FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed passenger car air conditioning system has series- mounted air filler 2, air mixing chamber 8 with outside air supply channel 3, and electric air heater 9 communicating with car 13. temperature indicator 18 is installed at inlet of outside air supply channel. This channel is divided at inlet into air mixing chamber into two pipelines with series-mounted fan 5 and check valve 6 in each pipeline. Electric air heater has at least three sections with different power electric heating elements connected to power supply source through contacts of individual starting devices whose control elements are electrically coupled with outlets according to each setting of temperature indicator. One of fans is coupled with temperature indicator also. Cooling set is installed in system for air cooling. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
