FIELD: transport engineering; passenger cars. SUBSTANCE: device has heater with fan, heater control gate with brought out axle of rotation, heat exchanger and air mixing chamber, all installed in tandem. Air mixing chamber has outlets to air ducts to direct air into lower part of car interior, to car window glasses for ventilation. Distributing gates are installed in air ducts. Heater control gate is made in form of spoiler and turbolator in one unit. Turbolator has rectangular projections and cavities uniformly alternating in cross section. EFFECT: provision of changing direction of air flows, effective mixing in mixing chamber and resulting uniform temperature field in distributing channel. 3 cl, 5 dwg
