FIELD: transport engineering; ventilation, heating and air conditioning. SUBSTANCE: proposed heating-and-ventilating device contains heater housing with sealing members in side walls. Said housing accommodates series-mounted heater control gate, troughshaped interior heating gate, heat exchanger and mixing chamber with outlets to air ducts for delivering air into lower part of interior, to body glasses and for ventilation. Novelty is that interior heating gate is provided with side walls in form of sector of circle, and heater housing in mixing chamber is provided rib made to radius with center of combined axle of heater gate rotation and interior heating gate rotation. Side walls of interior heating gate at rotation follow contour of said rib forming constant clearance with the latter. EFFECT: improved operating characteristics, brought to minimum production costs. 4 dwg
