FIELD: transport engineering; ventilation, heating and air conditioning. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has heater casing 1 with two inlet channels 2, 2a and one outlet channel 3, fan 4, heater control driven shutter 6 made in form of guide device. Heat exchanger 7 is located in lower part of casing 1. Delivery channel 8 is placed before heat exchanger and heated air outlet channel 9 is located after heat exchanger. Mixing chamber 10 in which heated air channel 9 and cold air channel 5 come together is arranged in middle part of casing 1. Driving shutter 11 whose width is equal to length of heat exchanger is located in area of mixing chamber 10. Driven shutter 6 has width equal to that of outlet channel 5 of fan 4. Outlet from channel 8 into chamber 12 before heat exchanger is provided with widening at angle of 90 deg with sharp edges at sides whose size is equal to length of radiator. Ventilation channel 5 in zone above heat exchanger 7 is widened to size equal to length of heat exchanger 7, thus forming a static chamber. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of device owing to change of design of shutters and casings of heater to dispense with recirculation channels and reduced overall dimensions. 4 dwg
