Used as active additive is sodium oxide or composition containing, mas.%: sodium oxide, 81.0-83.4; carbamide, 16.6-19.0; or composition containing, mas.%: sodium oxide, 40.0-46.0; sodium metasilicate of general formula Na2O•nSiO2, where n is I - 54.0-60.0; or composition including, mas. %: sodium oxide, 39.5-44.0; sodium metasilicate of general formula Na2O•nSiO2, where n = I - 55.0-59.2; carbamide, 0.8-1.5.
