FIELD: washing of technological tanks and soil. SUBSTANCE: process is intended for cleaning away such hydrocarbon pollutants as oil products, greases, fats and oils. Surface is cleaned from hydrocarbon pollutants according to closed cycle with aqueous solution of washing detergent that can emulsify hydrocarbon pollutants. Process includes washing of surface, regeneration of washing solution by phase separation of emulsion with subsequent separation of organic phase and return of aqueous phase to cleaning cycle. Solution forming unstable emulsion with hydrocarbon pollutants and containing polyelectrolyte and washing additives is used as washing solution. Phase separation of emulsion provides for volumetric relation of organic pollutants and washing solution as 1:2 as minimum. EFFECT: increased cleaning efficiency. 1 cl
