FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, hardware. SUBSTANCE: lock has handle and rod with ribs having working parts provided with codes formed as code pads equivalent to lock code formed as code grooves defined by slots and connecting projections. Locking mechanism has lock working mode switch and body with rod receiving guiding openings. Movable control enclosures are positioned within body for kinematic engagement with lock through openings shaped in accordance with shape of rod section. Control enclosures are provided with code grooves and member engageable with actuating device through pins. Locking mechanism is further provided with spring-loaded stems mounted in casing channels for rectilinear movement and engagement with lock code pads by means of feelers attached to them. Section of rib, defined by rib contour and arced part with minimum radius of code pad, is arranged out of symmetry with respect to rib axis. Rib axis is extending in parallel with feeler advancement direction through code pads curvature centers to divide section into parts with their surfaces decreasing in unlocking direction.
