FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: this relates to mechanical locks. Lock has first main key and lock mechanism. Key is made up of handle and rod with ribs. Made in ribs in the form of coding flats is key code which consists of single codes and is equivalent to lock code. Lock mechanism contains operating mode switch and body with guide hole for rod. Located inside body are following components: holders and movable control shells having central holes for interaction with key, component intended for connection with operating device, and coding grooves consisting of slots and connecting recesses. Inlet cross-sections of connecting recesses determine single codes of lock. Spring-biased rods are installed in holder passages for possible Straight-line movement and interaction with key coding flats. Rods are Fastened by means of feelers and interact with coding grooves through Pins fastened on them. Common single code is formed by increasing height of inlet cross-section of connecting recess so that pin can come in interaction with connecting recess when feeler is in contact with coding flats corresponding to different single codes. In second version, common single code is formed by reducing height of slot so that feeler is not in contact with key code flat which corresponds to single code with smaller radius of coding flat. Presence of common single codes allows for opening of lock by additional keys having code which is not equal to code of first key, but at same time allows for manufacture of sets of locks with different operating procedures. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 22 dwg, 3 tbl
