FIELD: cooling equipment for milk and other farm products, may be used in food-processing equipment and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: cooling apparatus has accumulating container, heat-exchanging reservoir, pump, jet pipes, aerodynamic plates, feeding pipes, control unit, drain tube. Accumulating container is composed of upper and lower accumulating reservoirs. Upper reservoir is disposed outdoors and guiding cylinder is positioned below upper reservoir. Upper end of feeding tube is secured within guiding cylinder. Rotating casing with jet pipes and aerodynamic plates is secured on it. Drain tube is positioned in upper reservoir so that its upper cut is disposed in upper part of this reservoir. Drain tube may be withdrawn in vertical plane. Lower end of drain tube is communicated with lower part of lower accumulating reservoir, mounted in premises. Upper part of lower reservoir is communicated through drain cavity and drain tube with water jacket of heat-exchanging reservoir. Water jacket is connected with feeding pipe through pump.
