FIELD: agriculture and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: cooling apparatus has heat-exchanger for milk, cold accumulator formed as reservoir and adapted for freezing and storage of ice, artificial cold source. Cold accumulator has sleeve placed within heat-insulated housing in spaced relation to housing inner wall, with space being in communication with outer air through openings in lower and upper parts of housing. Apparatus has pipeline system. Feeding pipeline is vertically mounted in cold accumulator. Sprayer with aerodynamic plates and mixer are mounted for rotation on outlet part of this pipeline. Float-type level regulator is positioned in accumulating-regulating container. Lower part of cold accumulator is connected via pipeline by return valve with lower part of heat-insulated housing, heat-exchanger for milk and feeding pipeline, through which drain valve is connected with upper part of heat-insulated housing.
