FIELD: facilities for measuring thermal characteristics of solid materials. SUBSTANCE: thermal characteristics of material of specimen 4 are determined by constant-step integration of signal proportional to surface temperature of specimen 4 upon initial moment of heating temperature regularization. Signals proportional to time interval between device starting and initiation of integration and those proportional to calculated integrals are shaped across outputs of integrators 8, 9, 13, and 14. Integration step is set by value of signal across output of scaler 19. Initial moment of temperature regularization is determined by means of scaling unit 21 and comparator 18 to whose output signal is applied when signals across outputs of unit 21 and differentiator 6 are equal. Logic circuit has flip-flop 23 and coincidence gate 22. EFFECT: improved accuracy and enlarged functional capabilities. 2 dwg
