FIELD: equipment determining thermophysical characteristics of solid materials. SUBSTANCE: device includes source of pulse heating, synchronizer, thermocouple measuring surface temperature of specimen. Thermocouple is connected to inputs of commutators. Signals which values are proportional to length of heating pulse, time interval from operation of transmitter to operation of comparator and discretization step of value of surface temperature of specimen are formed across outputs of integrators. Operational logic of device is ensured by comparators, commutators and frequency dividers. Control unit controls setting of initial conditions in each computation cycle and operation of multipliers, adders, subtracters and dividers. EFFECT: device enables characteristics of single-layer and multilayer objects to be established with single-side access. 1 dwg
