FIELD: technical aids measuring thermophysical characteristics of solid materials. SUBSTANCE: device has source of pulse heating, synchronizer, thermocouple measuring temperature of surface of specimen, amplifier, differentiator, extremum meter, reference voltage source, three integrators, two comparators, scale amplifier, storage, switch, flip-flop, pickup of duration of heating pulse. Operation of pickup is fixed with the help of flip- flop. First comparator is activated when signal across output of scale amplifier proportional to time interval from operation of pickup to time moment corresponding to inflection point of temperature curve and signal across output of integrator proportional to time interval from operation of pickup to present time moment are equal. Second comparator operates when signal across output of storage proportional to temperature of surface of specimen measured with the aid of thermocouple at time moment of activation of first comparator and signal across output of amplifier proportional to temperature of surface of specimen after activation of first comparator are equal. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of device thanks to possibility of determination of characteristics of thermally thin materials. 1 cl, 1 dwg
