FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal control over materials. Proposed device comprises additionally three thermocouples, three amplifiers, four comparators, two storage units, two integrators, three subtraction units, two adders, two scalers and division units. Note here that outputs of 2nd, 3rd and 4th thermocouple are connected via 2nd, 3rd and 4th amplifiers with first inputs of 2nd, 3rd and 4th comparators, respectively. Output of 2nd comparator is connected with first control input of 6th integrator with its second control input connected to output of 3rd comparator. Third control input of 6th integrator is connected to first control input of 7th integrator, starting terminal, control input of 3rd storage unit and first control input of 4th storage unit. Data input of 6th integrator is connected with reference voltage source output and data input of 7th integrator.
