The output of the differentiator is connected with the first input of the multiplier whose second input is connected with the output of the second integrator and output is connected with the input of dividend of the divider whose output is connected with the input of the extremum unit whose output is connected with the first control input of the switch the second control input of which is connected with the output of the comparator and input of the first frequency divider. The third control input of the switch is connected with the output of the pickup of duration of heating pulse, third control input of the first integrator, second control input of the second integrator, and control input of the first memory unit whose output is the fifth output of the device. The information input is connected with the output of the amplifier, information outputs of the second memory unit, and switch.
