FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separately suturing mucosubmucous and seromuscular envelopes. The internal envelope is dissected in an area having radius that is not more than 5-6 mm greater along the perimeter than the external one. The submucous membrane is sutured with separate and interrupted sutures. Then it is attached to the submucous membrane or film plate is put which thickness is not greater than 7 mm. It is produced from atheropentid nonfibrous collagen having resorption period of 10-20 days and possessing antibacterial properties. The seromuscular envelope is sutured above the collagen preparation with sparse sutures. The edges to be sutured are turned outside to bring them in apposition without tension. EFFECT: prevented pyo-inflammatory complications.
