FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting skin around external fistula orifice using enveloping incisions. Intestine is separated from adhesion formations to parietal peritoneum. The intestine is transected between crushing constrictors. The constrictors are applied 2.5-5.0 cm above the parietal peritoneum. Intestine segment bearing the fistula is removed. The internal intestine segment is sutured in extraperitoneal way. Collagen sponge plate possessing antibacterial properties is placed into the preperitoneal fat. EFFECT: reduced risk of purulent postoperative complications. 3 dwg
