SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to an agent with antioxidant and neuroprotective properties. Agent possessing antioxidant, neuroprotective properties, obtained by removing lipids from sublimate embryo and embryo tissues of chicken embryos, extraction with petroleum ether with further drying of defatted residue, then obtained protein-containing powder is thoroughly ground, dissolved in distilled water, mixed, added with HCl, maintained while stirring, then the obtained mass is autoclaved, and after that 1 M NaOH is neutralized and centrifugation is performed, the liquid obtained after centrifugation is serially filtered using membranes for sterilization and removal of non-hydrolysed proteins under certain conditions.
EFFECT: agent described above expands the range of peptide-containing agents from natural raw materials possessing antioxidant and neuroprotective properties.
