FIELD: equipment and processes for preparing emulsions. SUBSTANCE: porous insert with set of flat plates is in the form of scroll filled with granular material. Mixing member in the form of apertural discs is mounted under insert. Apertures of upper discs are shifted relative to apertures of lower one. Space between discs is filled with granular material. Liquids are subjected to dispersing and intensive agitation due to increased time period of mutual contact of liquids in apparatus and continuous change of flow direction of liquids passing through granular material. EFFECT: enhanced stability of emulsion received in such apparatus. 2 dwg
