FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers and may be used for preparation of emulsions and suspensions for combustion in power plant boilers, as well as in chemical engineering. Mixer-emulsifier is equipped with twisted chambers arranged at the input and output of the device and connected by fluid feed and discharge branch pipes, whereupon the rotor blades are crescent-shaped on the periphery of sections, changed to flat sections located at rotor and parallel to its longitudinal axis. Diameter of holes in discs increases in direction from the body axis to its periphery.
EFFECT: technical result is intensification of the process and quality improvement of ready product due to increased contact surface of mixed components.
