FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mixer-emulsifier contains a cylindrical body, a shaft mounted on the axis of the body, a multiblade rotor disposed on the shaft, blades radially fixed on the rotor, a perforated disc installed in the body behind the rotor in the direction of the fluid movement, fluid inlet and outlet branch pipes and a drive connected to the shaft, wherein it is provided with snail-like chambers located at the inlet and outlet of the mixer-emulsifier and connected to the fluid inlet and outlet branch pipes. The blades of the rotor are crescent on the periphery developing into flat areas located at the rotor and parallel to its longitudinal axis, and the diameter of the holes in the disk increases in the direction from the axis of the body to its periphery. In addition, the rotor blades are made of bimetal which is located in the direction of rotation of the rotor and has a thermal conductivity coefficient of 2.0-2.5 times greater than the one of the bimetal material located on the opposite side.
EFFECT: obtaining a high-quality finished product at varying concentrations of mechanical impurities in the moving fluid.
