Recombinant RNA fragment has the binding site showing the specificity to RNA-dependent RNA-polymerase of negative chain RNA-containing virus. Site is associated functionally with the heterological RNA-sequence comprising the complementary sequence of the corresponding messenger RNA. Ribonucleoproteid complex has the recombinant RNA fragment and purified RNA-dependent RNA-polymerase of influenza virus. Plasmid Pivacat1 has 22 nucleotides from 3'-end of influenza virus RNA, linker sequence consisting of 8 nucleotides that comprises restriction site and encoding the sequence of chloramphenicol acetyl transferase gene of negative polarity and 26 nucleotides from 3'-end of influenza virus RNA operably bound with polymerase T7 promoter. Invention ensures to use recombinant viral RNAs for expression of gene products, construction of recombinant viruses and vaccine formulations design.
