HYBRID PROTEINS BASED ON HUMAN Notch3 AS TRAPS-INHIBITORS OF Notch3 SIGNAL TRANSMISSION Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC C07K14/705 A61K39/44

Abstract RU 2567662 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Described is hybrid protein, including signal peptide, EGF-repetitions of 1-X extracellular domain of human Notch3 receptor protein, with X being any integer number from 1 to 10 or 12 to 33, and bound to them Fc-part of antibody. Also described are method of treating tumour-affected subject, method of inhibiting angiogenesis in subject, method of treating subject with ovarian cancer, and method of treating subject with metabolic disorder. Methods include introduction of said hybrid protein to subject in efficient quantity. In addition disclosed is application of said hybrid protein for preparation of pharmaceutical composition for treating tumour-affected subject, for inhibition of angiogenesis in subject, for treatment of subject with ovarian cancer and for treatment of subject with metabolic disorder.

EFFECT: claimed group of inventions can be used in medicine.
