FIELD: bore-hole drilling equipment and instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: device has power supply unit, source of high-voltage pulses, two capacitance energy accumulators, two controllable commutators, control unit, and unit of sensors. After feeding of power, pulses from source of high-voltage pulses of different polarity are sent to accumulators where power is stored. After sending signal from control unit, corresponding commutator is opened and power from accumulator connected to it is applied to upper part of drilling string. Operated similarly is second branch of device. Outputs from both commutators are connected to one point of drilling string. Zero output from source of high-voltage pulses is connected to lower part of drilling string which is separated from upper part of drilling string by dielectric insert. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device ensures self-regulation of output impedance depending on actual impedance of rock matter. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
