FIELD: confectionery and baking industry. SUBSTANCE: oven has bed, tunnel-type baking chamber and electric heater system. Products to be baked are conveyed within baking chamber on detachable pans along fixed guides by means of chain conveyor provided with pushers. Electric heaters are arranged in two stages in spaced relation within zones. There is predetermined correlation between pusher stroke, guide width, space between electric heaters in each stage of zone and space between stages as well as space between removable hearths and lower stage of electric heaters, and space between stages of electric heaters in each zone. Electric heater system has stage and zone regulation of delivered power, with predetermined process being followed in automatic feedback mode, in accordance with weight and kind of product to be baked.
