FIELD: equipment for thermal processing of articles, preferably in bakery and confectionery industry.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor oven has shutters pivotally fixed within chamber between heaters and kinematically connected with drive. Drive is made in the form of motor-reducer with eccentric, which is electrically connected with device for controlling rotational velocity of motor-reducer.
EFFECT: improved quality of baked articles owing to uniform baking, and reduced consumption of power.
