FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, slotted stator and slotted rotor positioned in body. Blades are installed on internal surface of rotor bottom radially. Generation and accumulation of cavitation energy for heating of liquid passing through apparatus are performed due to blades radially secured on internal surface of rotor bottom, slide fit of rotor and stator relative to each other and due to similar number of slots made over all operating cylindrical surfaces of rotor and stator.
