FIELD: generation of ozone in medical institutions, microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: ozonizer has body made from hard to burn material in lattice construction that houses fan, high-voltage power supply source connected to ozonizing unit. Front panel of body carries control elements such as time relay, button change- over switch and switch. Ozonizing unit is made of two supports having horizontal grooves over entire height. Open electrodes connected in parallel are inserted into grooves and sealed electrodes also connected in parallel are put into adjacent grooves. Electrodes are set in grooves by turns. Electrodes are sealed in space between two dielectric plates with the use of silicon organic compound. Electric circuit of ozonizer has switch connected to make contact of button change act of time relay. Fan and time relay are connected in parallel to switch. Primary winding of high-voltage power supply source is connected through break contact of button change over switch to switch. Ozonizing unit is connected to secondary winding of high-voltage power supply source. Make contact of time relay is connected through break contact of button change over switch 6 to high-voltage power supply source. EFFECT: decreased mass and size characteristics, possibility of operation of ozonizer in any environment without limitation of requirements for content of moisture and dust in it. 5 dwg
