SUBSTANCE: binder comprises, wt %: clay 30-50; lime 5-10; sodium hydroxide 0.6-1; metallurgical production slag, the balance. Moisture content of mixture is 8-14%. Method of manufacturing clay-slag-based binder comprises individual grinding of compounds in mills, mixing and combined treatment on mill runners and pressing of products.
