FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of construction materials, in particular to production of wall and heat-insulating materials and products from sawdust-concrete. Raw material mixture for obtaining sawdust-concrete includes sawdust of conifer species (spruce, pine) without preliminary processing with chemical additives and mineralisation, natural river or pit sand, water, mineral binding agent in form of Portland cement, superplasticiser, with the following ratio of components, wt %: sawdust of conifer species 5.89-8.11; sand 60.00-67.00; Portland cement 18.50-21.50; water 8.15-9.00; superplasticiser 0.11-0.15, and water-cement ratio must constitute W/C=0.42…0.44.
EFFECT: increased rate of acquiring strength by sawdust-concrete solid bricks at early terms of hardening without preliminary chemical processing and mineralisation of sawdust.
