FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of construction materials, in particular to production of wall and heat-insulating materials and products of sawdust concrete. Raw material mixture for production of piece products from sawdust concrete by method of semidry vibrocompression includes Portland cement, wood filling agent in form of sawdust of conifer species (spruce, pine) without preliminary processing with chemical additives ("mineralisation"), mineral filling agent in form of sand, water, chemical additive - superplasticiser, fly ash and quantity of water sufficient to make water-cement ratio close to 0.44, with the following component ratio, wt %: sawdust of conifer species 5.89-8.11; sand 60.00-62.35; Portland cement 18.50-20.40; water 8.15-9.00; superplasticiser 0.11-0.15; fly ash 5.00-7.35.
EFFECT: increased rate of acquiring strength by sawdust-concrete piece products at early terms of hardening without preliminary chemical processing and mineralisation of sawdust.
